Return Policy
We sincerely hope that you love your AppGirls purchase. Currently, we don't process returns. However, if you encounter any issues with your order, please get in touch with us at orders@appgirlscannabis.com. Use "Order # request" as the subject and attach your digital receipt. Once we receive your inquiry, we'll evaluate if your order qualifies for a full or partial store credit. Please note that after 30 days, all sales are considered final. We won't be able to accept returns that have been shipped back to us before contacting us.
Please keep in mind that shipping fees are generally non-refundable, unless a product is found to be defective or damaged. In the rare case that we approve a return, we strongly recommend sending your package with tracking and insurance. AppGirls, LLC won't be held responsible for any lost packages or items damaged during transit.
Shipping and Delivery
Currently, we offer shipping exclusively within the U.S. Our items are shipped to destinations across the U.S. Please ensure that your delivery address is secure. Once packages are successfully delivered to the requested address, AppGirls, LLC cannot be held responsible.
Our team at AppGirls, LLC aims to process your online order within 24-36 hours, provided that all items are in stock. We strive to keep our website's inventory up to date, but please note that item availability isn't guaranteed. If an item is out of stock, we will notify you via email or telephone. Orders containing sold-out items will either be refunded, with the amount credited back to your original payment card, or shipped partially filled, depending on your preference. Orders are typically shipped via USPS and UPS.
