Due to rules & regulations in select states, we are currently only shipping to:

Payment Methods
Accepted payment methods are Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. When placing an order, only one credit/debit card may be used per order. Gift cards with Visa or MasterCard logos are redeemed like a credit card and cannot be used with a second credit/debit card.
Sales Tax
We charge sales tax for all the states we ship to in accordance with state and local laws. The tax rate varies depending on the address that we ship to. Shipping and handling is a taxable service.
